Brain Fitness

At Upper Oakville Chiropractic, we want to bring to you, the patient, the best results possible. A new division called Brain Fitness has been developed at UOChiro. This is a more precise way  of training a better functioning brian.

Dr. Blair (Christink) has received advanced training by mentors such as Dr. Ian Horseman (Can) and Dr. Peter Jaillet (USA), UOChiro offers brain mediated solutions to conditions that were formerly, quite hard to treat.

Through Brain Fitness, Dr. Blair can now target and activate areas of the brain that are inhibited  by stimulating the special senses of the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and touch. (This is in addition to any joint adjustments).

This offers hope to many who are suffering who would not receive help from  conventional medical or chiropractic approaches and, all through a natural way – working with how the body works, without  toxicities or side-effects.

How Long Does it Take?

Each patient comes in as a unique situation, with their specific genetics, their individual history and their desire to be active in their state of health. So it is hard to exactly predict how long it will take for them to feel well again. To re-train, or re-educate the brain and its communication network may take weeks or months.

However, it is safe to say that the earlier you deal with an issue (complaint) and the better state of health you are in, the shorter will be your time to recover for you to feel relief and for you to achieve your Health Goals.
